Ban the Box calls on UK employers to give people with convictions a fair chance to compete for jobs by removing the tick box from application forms that asks about convictions.
Why have we signed up to Ban the Box?
Ban the box is part a wider approach to reduce reoffending through employment an is the first step responsible businesses can take to make a positive impact on this crucial social issue.
